PhD project - 'Why does Earth’s atmosphere contain so much oxygen? And are there planets elsewhere that would have breathable atmospheres?'
My current aim is to build a simple model of the evolution of Earth's atmosphere. I am especially interested in the mechanisms that control oxygen levels.
I am supervised by Prof. Andy Watson FRS and Prof. Tim Lenton.
