I am a research scholar at Centre for Atmospheric and Oceanic Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, India. My research focuses on the study of radiative effect of aerosols over Indian region using ground, ship, island and space based measurements. Though i have mostly been involved in field experiments, broadly my interests lies in the following areas,

• Aerosols and Climate

• Atmospheric Radiation

• Satellite Remote Sensing

• Cloud Physics

• Monsoon (Indian Monsoon in particular) and

• Climate Change.
