Po-Han Graduated from National Cheng-Chi University in Taiwan and obtained his first master degree from the CCU Institute of Telecommunication. Po-Han Hsu was a project and product manager in ChungHwa Telecom, in Taiwan, and soon joined GeoProtek Energy, a start‐up green energy solution company in 2004, as a project manager and a co‐founder. In 2006, Hsu was awarded a Chevoning Scholarship by British Council and joined the Centre for Energy Policy and Technology (ICEPT) at Imperial College London for an MSc in Environmental Science and Technology.

He is currently a PhD student at the School of Environmental Sciences, University of East Anglia, funded by a Leverhulme Trust Scholarship. His research is on Energy, Media, and Climate Change.
