My research focus is on the associations between food marketing, food environments (foodscapes) and dietary behaviours and related health outcomes. I am particularly looking at the relationship between individual health behaviours (i.e., food choice and consumption) and measurements of spatial accessibility to the related opportunities (i.e., food outlets).
I am an affiliate of CEDAR (the Centre for Diet and Physical Activity Behaviours), a member of ASO (the Association for the Study of Obesity) and an associate member of the Geography of Health Research Group of the RGS/IBG.
